about

The Undiscovered Self-Titled is an examination of Self. It is a voice launched into the valley, in wait of its echo. A physical inventory upon the surface of a new mirror. An inspection of the author's identity. And as change may come to the individual without as much as an announcement prior to or proceeding the transformation, when finally conscious of the change, The Undiscovered Self-Titled is a study of the reintroduction to Self. Re-set and refreshed anew.

The introspective lens here becomes both scalpel and palette, dissecting inwardly while providing a spectrum of textures and tinted oils with which to paint a portrait. The songs are ruminations, abstractly guiding the brush to cut into the canvas, leaving tattoos of inadvertently confessed obsessions, fears, shames, and uncertainties. Spreading before the author, a virgin terrain to explore, to become nameless again, to live in fog. His work undone until the past stands, not forgotten but unattached and the future--always undiscovered.

Azrael Encarnacion New York

"The Universe is deathless, is deathless because, having no finite self, it stays infinite. A sound man by not advancing himself stays the further ahead of himself, by not confining himself to himself sustains himself outside himself; by never being an end in himself he infinitely becomes himself."
